What insurance should I take out as an FMR tenant ?
Cabinet ALBINET : Third Party Liability insurance for tenants and Third Party Liability insurance for exhibitors. This insurance cover is included in the FMR package.
Are all activities insurable ?
Cabinet ALBINET : No. The event must not be of a religious, political and/or trade union nature, must not be offensive, must not be (a) paid dancing evening event(s) and/or open to the public and/or concerts and/or shows receiving the public and must not involve the sale of products requiring an administrative authorisation and/or licence.
I am a tenant of a property offered on the temporary rentals' site, can I sublet this property ?
Cabinet ALBINET : The tenant can only sublet with the landlord's written agreement; He must inform his insurer of this sublet.
Is a tenancy agreement signed ?
Cabinet ALBINET : Yes, a tenancy or sub-tenancy agreement.
Are all the procedures "legal" in relation to the use of the property ?
Cabinet ALBINET : You need to obtain the agreement of the landlord, observe the co-ownership rules and any municipal orders.
It is possible to insure the objects which are displayed ?

You must declare what may be regarded as an increase in risk, to your insurer, i.e. your intention to let or sublet. How are any disputes with the usual occupier of the premises dealt with?
Cabinet ALBINET : The condition of property report on entry to the premises and on leaving them duly signed by the parties is the arbiter. Its existence is a condition for the insurance cover to apply.
Can I rent premises abroad and take out the FMR insurance ?
Cabinet ALBINET : No, the insurance is dedicated to rentals located in metropolitan France only.
Someone has stolen a customer's wallet from the premises' cloakrooms. What happens?
Cabinet ALBINET : Third Party Liability for cloakrooms is not covered.

Cabinet ALBINET : Yes, of course, but not under the FMR contract. This is an extension of your MULTI-RISK PROFESSIONAL contract or of a temporary contract. We are at your disposal to study your needs.
