Asset managers

 While the umbrella term “asset manager” has come to refer to two main types of activity—property managers, and co-ownership managing agents—there are also others.

 These include estate agents engaged in property transactions, and even professional rental or subleasing companies engaged in the rental of furnished accommodation.

 They all share a common need: to protect their assets

It concerns their property. It therefore entails protecting their financial assets in the event their liability is invoked, and preventing the financial consequences of any risks they may be exposed to (e.g.: cyber-risks).

This entails providing cover for the buildings, the rental charges, as well as the liability of the occupants and lessors.
